Succulent Grape Cheese Milk Foam

Ingredients:
  1. Fresh Kyoho grapes (green grapes are too sour and not suitable)
  2. Grape jam 35g (you can also make fresh jam)
  3. Cane sugar syrup 20g
  4. Yilia Jasmine tea 120ml
  5. Ice cubes 240g
  6. Cheese milk foam

Cheese Foam Recipe:

  1. Prepare the ingredients: 1g of sea salt, 45g of condensed milk, 200g of heavy cream, 100g of milk, and some dried cheese.

  2. In a blender, add 45g of condensed milk and some dried cheese. Blend until smooth and refrigerate.

  3. Combine 200g of heavy cream, 200g of chilled triple milk blend, and 1g of sea salt. Use an electric mixer to whip on high speed for 20-30 seconds. Then, reduce the speed to medium-low and whip until thick and creamy with no large bubbles.

homemade drink Instructions:

  1. Add 8-10 peeled grapes to a cup.
  2. In a blender, add 35g of grape jam, 20g of cane sugar, 120ml of jasmine tea, and 240g of ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into the cup and top with cheese milk foam.

多肉葡萄芝士奶盖

材料:1.新鲜黑巨峰葡萄 绿葡萄很酸不行

           2.葡萄果酱35 也可以自制新鲜果酱

           3.甘蔗糖20g

           4.Yilia Tea 的茉莉茶汤120ml

           5.冰块240g

           6.芝士奶盖

奶盖做法:

1. 准备材料 海盐1g, 炼奶45g, 淡奶油200g, 牛奶100g, 干奶酪若干

2. 先将料理机中加入炼乳45g, 干奶酪若干,无颗粒感 冷藏备用。

3. 将淡奶油200g+冷藏过的三合一浓奶浆200g+1g海盐电动搅拌机快速打发20-30秒搅拌,再将速度调到中低速打发到呈现浓稠拉丝状无明显气泡即可。

自制饮料做法:1.杯中加入剥好的葡萄8-10颗

           2.沙冰机中加入葡萄果酱35g, 蔗糖20g,茉莉茶汤120ml,冰块240g,冰沙机打碎

           3.倒入杯中,加入芝士奶盖即可
